Cassidy Conti earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Gulf Coast University where she majored in business management. Thereafter, she attended Stetson University College of Law and graduated among the top 10% of her law school class. Additionally, while in law school, Cassidy completed the dual-degree program and obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stetson University.
While in law school, Cassidy was a Teaching Assistant (TA) for Trusts & Estates, gained experience as a law clerk for Raymond James Trust Department, worked for a prominent elder law firm in Clearwater, FL, held a law clerk position at an international recruitment and consulting company, worked as a student associate for LexisNexis (one of the leading legal research companies), and was an associate editor of the Journal of International Aging Law & Policy. Cassidy was also the recipient of the Melvyn Trute, P.A. Trust Award, which is provided to one law student each year, showing excellence in the area of trusts and estates both inside and outside of the classroom.
Before moving to the Sarasota area in 2023, Cassidy practiced law in her hometown of Indialantic, FL and focused her practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and Medicaid planning.
