Band Weintraub, P.L. was formed by David Band, Greg Band and Anne Weintraub to leverage their combined 70 years of legal knowledge and experience, and to provide continued service to the Sarasota community.

David Band has practiced law in Sarasota for over 40 years and previously founded one of Sarasota’s largest and most respected law firms. He has now brought his experience and expertise to Band Weintraub. Greg Band, a Sarasota native, obtained his Masters Degree in tax law from New York University and has practiced law in Sarasota for over 20 years. Anne Weintraub has distinguished herself in assisting clients with short sales, bank negotiations and foreclosure avoidance. She is also a weekly contributor on the local ABC news channel.
